So the busy Autumn Tours are done and Gareth is getting down to finishing the songs for the New album. Did we mention there's a new album on the way in April 2008 ? With some exciting guests, and some new themes it's going to be a good one so keep dropping by for the latest news. There's one more chance to see Gareth live this year - at The Acoustic Cafe in Edinburgh on Saturday 1st December (Doors 7.30pm). With Jamie Wilson as the special guest it'll be a great way to kick off your Christmas season. Hope to see you there. Autumn FT Tour Kicks Off

Gareth's Autumn Tour with Rob Halligan and in support of Traidcraft kicks off tonight at the Georgian Theatre in Stockton on Tees. For all the dates check out our LIVE section. There's also a special gig at THE BRIDGE HOTEL, Castle Garth, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE1 1RQ on THURSDAY 4th OCTOBER. This is the only public North East gig on the tour so if you're free it'd be great to see you there. Tickets are £5 on the night and doors open at 7.30pm. LIVE: THE 3 TOUR & THE FT TOUR

So the summer season is over (hope it wasn't too wet for you !) and here come the Autumn road trips. Gareth will be on tour throughout September and October starting with "The 3 Tour". Together with good friends and superb musicians Yvonne Lyon and Neil Alton there'll be 8 dates beginning in Lobley Hill, Gateshead, England on Friday 7th September and ending in Banchory Town Hall, Scotland on Saturday 29th September. Soon after on Wednesday 3rd October at The Writer's Cafe in Stockton On Tees and for the 3rd year running, Gareth teams up with Rob Halligan for the first date of The Fair Trade Tour. Supported by Traidcraft and with 12 dates in total, the tour is an opportunity to learn more about their work, try out the produce and hear some great music in a cafe atmosphere. New Demos & i-Tunes

Just to let you all know that Gareth has posted two new demos on his MySpace Pages. The songs are previously unheard save for a few sneak previews on the recent Fair Trade Fortnight Solo Tour. There's also a new blog giving a wee bit of an update on the next round of gigs. In the pipeline we're working on getting the two full solo albums up on i-Tunes so look out for that in the coming weeks. Also there are plans coming together for some roadshows linked to Christian Aid's Cut The Carbon March in July-Sept. Keep an eye on the site and Gareth's blog for more details soon.

Winter/Spring Tours

Things are about to get busy again with live work for Gareth over the next couple of months. First up are a few collaborative dates with Yvonne Lyon in Scotland: Glasgow, Aberdeen and Edinburgh. Then it's on to a 6-date solo tour during Fair Trade Fortnight followed by a few more dates with Yvonne in Ireland and solo dates towards the end of March. We're currently booking for solo concerts in May/June and early July so get in touch if you're interested in any of these. Gareth is also writing some new material with an eye on recording later in 2007. The initial demos are sounding good and we may put a few up on MySpace later in the month.
